I do not get the point . Several questions arise...
1) Why there is a need for selecting new 7 wonders ?
2) Why restrict only to 7?
3) If a monument is not selected ,then does it mean it is not a wonder?
4) Why sms and internet voting ?( especially since people are gonna be region biased)
5)Why can't the jury themseleves select the 7 wonders ?
6) Why do you need Bipasha basu and etc... to promote the event ?
7) Why is A.R Rahman fallen prey to this fuss ?
I ask the following to persons who have already voted for Taj .
Think.. & answer yourself .
1) Do you know anything about the other 20 nominations ?
2) Did you try to know the profile of other nominees from http://www.new7wonders.com/ ?
If your answer to above questions are ' No ' . Then you are not patriotic but India biased .
As Indians Try to be different. If you wanna vote ask yourself honestly
whether Taj deseves a place in that "7" ?
And remember Regional bias is not what true patriotism is.
I need not prove that I am a true Indian by sending an sms in favour of Taj .

hmmmm man do u know this whole thing voting for New & wonders is all FUzz, Actually the list of seven wonders is governed by UNESCO and UNESCO didn't approve the voting and said its just a survey and as it depends upon only internet and sms, its not upto the reach of the masses...
Moreover here in india a SMS costs around Rs 3 - 4 , which is half is of the daily earnings by a man in rural india....
Actually in internet, the votin is not only for Taj but it asks for the list of 7 wonders... by the way the questions asked by u in the start was good... why sud there be seven... nothin can be shortlisted as wonder... a temple in the south( I dont know the name and place!!!) has some peculiar artistic things in it... it is not included... does it mean it is not a wonder... these things are done to get money thru sms and advt in internet... thats all... i have casted the vote just for fun... there cant be any comparison with creation of structures around the world... each one has a peculiar advantage to it... I havent recd the sms... pl snd it... Nice article... thinkin very much differently...

well n ur even i feel the jury shld them selves decide abt the stuffs.. teh world in fact dusnt reall deserve the seven wonders!! thr r so many.. and stil INDIA is being considered low in eyes of others.. and perhaps none of the monuments are as spectacular as any other!!! and seriously takin the pyramids make no sense.. perhaps u have of so many of them!!!! can u build so many taj mahals....??
